1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Repetitions.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Repetitions.ai is a fitness tracking and community platform. We provide workout logging, AI coaching, leaderboards, gym discovery, and social features. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Your Account

• You must be 13 years or older to use Repetitions.ai
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account or create accounts for others
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent lift submissions
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Use the service to spam or advertise without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Create fake accounts or manipulate leaderboard rankings

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (posts, workout logs, photos). By posting content, you grant Repetitions.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post.

6. Leaderboards & Verification

Lift submissions are subject to AI and manual verification. We reserve the right to remove submissions that appear fraudulent or violate community standards. Lift verification decisions are final but can be appealed by contacting support.

7. Health Disclaimer

Repetitions.ai is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. AI coach recommendations are for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme. We are not liable for injuries resulting from following app recommendations.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion. Free trial periods convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data is soft-deleted and permanently purged after 7 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repetitions.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Repetitions.ai operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
